Going through the brand strategy with Emma was so valuable for me in doing the work around messaging. It helped clarify who I was talking to. I knew I didn’t have to worry about the design part so it simplified matters for me. Emma was so supportive and knowledgeable about the whole process that I felt less anxious about it especially because it’s such a huge investment. I’ve never spent this much money on a website before. But I know that it’ll pay off because now I have such a beautiful and well-thought out website that I never have to have another redo ever again!
